Most recruiters have never practiced law in a major law firm or, if so, only practiced for a few years.  As former attorneys with over 20 years of experience practicing law, we understand the critical importance of the plethora of nuances inherent in a lateral move those who have never practiced, or who did not practice long, simply can’t.  That difference is what sets us apart - far apart. The decision to join a new law firm is monumental. It will impact your life for the remainder of your career. Given that, it makes sense to trust a recruiter with extensive experience on both sides of the fence.

Jeff L. Williams, Esq.

Prior to beginning his legal recruiting career, Jeff practiced law for several years as a commercial litigation attorney with Snell & Wilmer and was actively involved in the firm’s hiring efforts.  Jeff is a “people person” who connects with candidates on a personal level and relates fully to their situations.  His affable and accommodating nature have led to his forming many close relationships with firm leaders across the US, many of whom think of him as their go-to recruiter. As a result, Jeff has honed his ability to match partner candidates with firms best suited to their experience, skill sets, search criteria and, perhaps most importantly, their personalities.

Jeff is a huge UK Wildcat fan. He’s always up for a conversation about Big Blue Nation (or, to be honest, sports in general). He also enjoys spending time with his family, especially his son and their dog, Buddy.
